Fight Cancelled

After complications with the venue TJK CENTER was sponsoring, TJK NETWORK had to postpone the event until a new venue is found. The fight still has a possibility of being canceled entirely. The statement was released on August 20, 2022 at around 8:47PM ET. The statement mentioned, "Due to venue complications, security limitations and people publicly attempting to bypass the event entry fee, the event was canceled by the commission." Danny Ferguson accepted to fight Logan DeRosa after many complications of finding opponents after Michael Hackett backed out. Despite the 30 pound weight difference, the fight would be modified in order to still have an event for the public. The statement said, "This is a big disappointment to both fighters on both sides as they both were all in." As of right now the event is canceled until a new venue is found which has an unknown ETA. Their final statement says, "Due to this the fight on August 24 has been canceled and will have to wait for a later date where both fighters can properly weigh in at the same amount and have equal fight advantages at a dedicated venue that won’t remove this event from it’s scheduled date."
